Yoga to Heal the Heart: Practices for Self Care with Jacqui (7 classes, May 2017)

This gentle hatha yoga class specifically focuses on the healing and mind/ body connection aspects of the practice. Drawing upon breath work, mindful movement and self awareness practices, students can expect to feel more connected to themselves as the source of healing and well-being, working with and through the blocks or belief systems that can get in the way of accessing that power by connecting to the support of our energetic heart. This is really about empowering self care and nurturing the ability to listen to what our body is telling us in a kind and compassionate way. This is intended for all levels and bodies, beginners welcome.


Thursdays, 6:00-7:15pm

7 classes, May 18th-June 29th $119+tax

Late registration (after May 6th) $133+tax


*Registration includes one Bonus Class that you can use for any class on our schedule that allows drop ins within eight weeks of your purchase date.

Jacqui is passionate about cultivating authenticity, meaning and beauty in her life. Her life’s purpose is dedicated to helping others unfold what inspires them to live life to their healthiest and fullest potential. She is a graduate of the 200hr Open Door Yoga teacher training, as well as Shannon Cluff’s teachers’ integration program. She found yoga through her path as a professional dancer. She is a mother of two children, who are her most dedicated teachers, a student of meditation at the Tilopa Buddist Center, and a practitioner of The Way of the Heart Energy Integrations.

Refunds are available before May 6th with a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after May 6th.
