Movement with Breath: Vinyasa Yoga with Sarah (7 classes, April 2017)

Set your intentions and prepare to sweat! Every Friday night for seven weeks we’ll connect breath with movement, to free the body and still the mind. Expect intentional, intelligent sequencing, that will build strength and increase flexibility. We’ll use dynamic movement as well as static holds to stoke the internal fire and cleanse and purify the body from the inside out.

All levels welcome.

Fridays, 6:30-7:30 pm

7 classes, March 31st-May 12th. $112+tax

Late registration (after March 22nd) $126+tax

*Registration includes one Bonus Class that you can use for any class on our schedule within eight weeks of your purchase date.

Sarah writes: I moved around a lot while growing up so yoga has been a surrogate home for me since my early teens. Over the past five years, I have completed over 1000 hours of formal yoga instruction, including 800 hours apprenticing with Tina Pashumati James in the Jivamukti style at her studio in Whistler BC. I have influenced by many other teachers as well, including Shivani Wells, Anodea Judith and Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life.
