Gentle Yin and Therapeutic Touch with Haley (Fridays, 6 classes, May 2017) CAD$170.10 • 6 visits •

Physical touch can help the body heal, ease tension or pain, improve sleep, and lift your mood. In this class we will focus on restorative yin to allow the body to soften and open in a safe and supportive manner. Each pose will be accompanied by hands-on therapeutic thai-massage-inspired touch to encourage a deeper level of sensation. With the combination of yin and touch, the nervous system has an optimal opportunity to slow down, allowing all realms of the mind and body to truly relax. In a world that is constantly buzzing, this class offers a chance to receive healing, mindful, and loving nourishment in a supportive and safe manner.

In order for Haley to ensure each person gets full hands-on attention in each pose, this 90 minute class is limited to 8 students.

All levels and body types are welcome.

Unlimited Access Pass (May 2017) CAD$266.70 • 108 visits • This pass gives you unlimited access to most of the classes we are running on the schedule (*see below) for the May session running May 13th-June 30th (7 weeks). With this pass, you are entitled to pre-enrollment in two of our weekly classes: please email julie@oceanandcrow.ca to tell us which two you would like. For all the other classes you'd like to take, please enroll online at beforehand in each individual class to ensure you get a spot.

The price of this class is valued at an average of two full courses plus two drop ins, but you can come as often as you like. It's a great deal if you plan on coming more than twice a week.

*If you would like to use this pass for Yoga for Resilient, Embodied Well Being with Nicole or Full Bodied Yoga with Helen, please let us know this is one of your two options for pre-enrollment as those classes no longer allow drop ins.

Haley has been dedicated to movement since a young child. From moving freely and intuitively with her siblings in their family home to moving with precision and dedication in competitive dance on stage, the practice has laid a deep foundation within her bones. Mindful movement became a part of her daily life in 2008 while she studied for her B.A. at the University of Victoria. Since then she has trained in hatha, moksha, vinyasa, yin, trauma sensitive yoga and thai massage. As a teacher she guides from a collection of all of her trainings, holding space with warmth, respect and knowledge.

Refunds are available before May 6th with a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after May 6th.
