Yoga to Heal the Nervous System with Julie (5 classes, May 2017) CAD$89.25 • 5 visits •

In each of these progressive classes, learn to tone and support your nervous system so you can manage stress and easily access rest. Learn practical tools from the perspective of yoga, psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other modalities to rebalance your nervous system. These practices can help with everything from digestion to hormonal balance and sleep. We will work with a range of gentle practices to soothe the body, connect with the breath, negotiate with the mind, and find deep rest.

This class will involve 10 minutes or so of discussion, a range of gentle movement practices, and 5-10 minutes at a time of guided stillness in restorative postures. You may wish to bring your journal. Everyone welcome.


Unlimited Access Pass (May 2017) CAD$266.70 • 108 visits • This pass gives you unlimited access to most of the classes we are running on the schedule (*see below) for the May session running May 13th-June 30th (7 weeks). With this pass, you are entitled to pre-enrollment in two of our weekly classes: please email julie@oceanandcrow.ca to tell us which two you would like. For all the other classes you'd like to take, please enroll online at beforehand in each individual class to ensure you get a spot.

The price of this class is valued at an average of two full courses plus two drop ins, but you can come as often as you like. It's a great deal if you plan on coming more than twice a week.

*If you would like to use this pass for Yoga for Resilient, Embodied Well Being with Nicole or Full Bodied Yoga with Helen, please let us know this is one of your two options for pre-enrollment as those classes no longer allow drop ins.

*Registration includes one Bonus Class that you can use for any class on our schedule that allows drop ins within eight weeks of your purchase date.
