Balance your hormonal system, improve your digestion, better your sleep, and soothe tight muscles—all you have to do is relax! In a stressed out world, this is a taller order than it should be. For many of us, even sleeping isn't as restful as it could be as we grind our teeth and dream about our worries. Restorative yoga involves getting as comfortable as possible with the support of props so we can switch on the internal systems that can help us heal from the inside out. As we do this, we will also learn meditation and mindfulness techniques that we can take with us to better manage the inevitable stresses of day-to-day life.

This class is oriented around 5-10 minute periods of guided stillness. The postures are designed to be accessible for everyone, even if you have injuries, chronic pain, stiff joints, or are pregnant.

Drop in for $21 or register for the full session:

5 classes, April 9th-May 7th $85+tax

Late registration (after March 22nd) $95+tax

There is one spot available for financial assistance in this class. Email julie@oceanandcrow.ca to apply.
