Full Bodied Yoga with Helen (6 Classes, May 2017) (No drop ins)
This class offers those with bigger bodies a space to explore the yoga practice and variations of the poses that will work best for your individual body. Working with our breath, as well as trusting our body to tell us what it needs, this class will invite students to play and explore with a combination of standing and seated poses designed to both strengthen and stretch the body. As we breathe, sweat and mediate, this class aims to develop your practice as well as strengthen your connection to your beautiful body.
This class is for all levels; beginners are welcome to start with Full Bodied Yoga: Beginners

Helen is so grateful to have found the practice of yoga. After experiencing the many benefits of a regular practice, she decided to learn more, eventually becoming a teacher in 2012. She loves to share the practice with anyone that expresses and interest, especially those who, like herself, might never have considered themselves yogis in this lifetime.
Refunds are available before May 6th with a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after May 6th.
If you can't come for class, you do not need to cancel. We do not offer make-up options. Some passes do come with Bonus Classes, however, and you may choose to use this as a make-up class for something else on the schedule.
